1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently with XXXX as a Senior Strategic Partner Alliance Manager. Their core service is Colocation services and some of their core products are partnered with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Tencent, Huawei, Alibaba, and all the cloud providers in the market are their resellers. Right now, she’s taking care of partnerships with Alibaba and Tencent Cloud; previously, she was also responsible for AWS and Huawei, where she was assigned to enable the Alibaba and Tencent Cloud from zero. Her responsibility is mostly on the partnership side, starting from signing contracts, enabling the partner portal, setting up discounts/billing system, do sales and technical enablement together with their engineers. They also have the channel called AWS CPPO (Channel Partner Private Offer) where her job is to partner with all the ISVs in the market, from sourcing their product, signing contract with them, do the go-to-market events together, same with Alibaba. She also works closely with the marketing team to define a theme of the events and identify which partners to promote in the market; last year, she partnered with AWS, Gitlab, Kong, Databricks, and New Relics to host an AI and data analytics event.
Before this, she was with XXXX but it’s a different field since it’s more on the telecommunication side of things, she worked with their project management team, tracking the rollout process/progress. And worked at a resource management team as well previously to help bridge the gap for engineers within the APAC region.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her ability to execute and create alliance, she’s great with collaborating with different teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering teams; she’s proficient in bringing these teams to work together on a specific result.
She was previously able to earn about 18M THB per year for one specific service only, getting up to 128M THB for their annual revenue. This year, they have a target of 24M THB and at this point, they have only 3M left to target which she has come up with an action plan already to close the gap.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 8 years of experience in building partnerships and alliances, strong track record of enablement and maintaining partnership with industry leaders. The partnerships that they have with big cloud service providers is two-way; they are currently reselling AWS services and in return, they provide XXXX professional service to help implement their service to the customers, basically selling 100% of their products with their add-on service so their revenue is coming from both end users of XXXX and also the CSPs. She also has existing partnerships with Zscaler, Cloudflare, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks but she’s not deeply knowledgeable about the technical side of cybersecurity; more of her role is on the business and partnership side of things. Right now, her strengths would be within the Thailand market but she will be open to handle the APAC market as well if given the chance.
