1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with the telecom side and worked with XXXX where he looked after all their products as well as the marketing stuff. After that, he moved to another department within XXXX where he worked on management systems, before moving into the energy industry where they focused on makeup projects such as airport, transportation, and the likes; his role there was mainly doing business development, cross-selling directly to the customers. After some time, he had the chance to move back to the telecom industry again and joined XXXX where he worked as a Senior Marketing Manager/Product Manager, and dealt with a lot of stakeholders, operators, distributor, partner, reseller, and so on. He was there for several years before joining XXXX where he started within the digital transformation and helped them with their change management, worked with a lot of digital tools and transformations such as Salesforce, SAP, and such.
He also worked as a Marketing Manager/Business Development in China for their service business and he worked as Cluster Leaders for the marketing side as well, looking after Vietnam, Thailand, and such; he also was doing partner development for different industries such as telecom, energy, construction, and others. Last year, they changed the partner model and wants him to do more partner development-focused role, travelling a lot to Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and the rest of Southeast Asia. Right now, he is doing part-time jobs as an Instructor for one university and also doing consultancy for energy-related projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his connections within the market that he can catch up with and leverage for creating new businesses and partnerships; he has lot of connection with telecom distributor and IT. Apart from this, he loves to learn new things and is an Instructor of AI Transformation right now so he is on track with the latest trends and technologies.
One of his achievements in XXXX and his contribution was building up all of the business, converting the value from 18M EUR to about 43M EUR when he left them. He’s very innovative, has entrepreneurial/pioneer mindset, and is creative in building up businesses.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 6-7 years of experience now with partnerships and channel sales; during his time with previous company, he was wearing multiple hats including Marketing Manager, Sales Channel Lead, IoT Lead, and the Cluster role as well. They provide service maintenance, modernization, upgrading services and their partners will try to resell their services; they also train their partners, do partner enablement basically, work on rebates with them, and they started with 3 partners and recently they grew to 12 partners already which generated about 5.5M EUR for them in 2025. During hit time working within the IoT environment, he has been exposed with the cybersecurity part when he was working with customer policy.
