Strongest skill would be his communication skills and can easily translate very difficult technical terms into layman terms. His experience with meeting different head of equities, derivatives, he needs to explain IT challenges, IT solutions proposed, and various discussion that needs to be communicated to them into simpler terms instead of IT language. He is also good with IT management since he started off as a system analyst programmer as well and that’s when he progressed with IT project management - Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client’s requirements?
Has about 20+ years of experience in the project management and has worked for utility industry during his time with XXXX where they handled projects with CLP, Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Exchange, and such.
