1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently advising two other companies, an HR SaaS company and another Fintech Crypto payments. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Managing Director for both APAC & MEA and was guiding all sales, pre-sales, marketing, partner and customer success functions. He was also a GM for XXXX where he scaled up APAC organization and was able to secure huge series B funding for the. Previously, he worked with XXXX as the Regional VP for Alliances, Client Success & Sales where he was mostly overseeing those three areas, and has worked with lots of major key clients such as Cathay Pacific Airways, AS Watson, Manulife, Adidas, and such. He started off with more Software-related roles in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX back in the USA.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to grow companies’ revenue by 10x and has done it previously with XXXX and XXXX, as well as XXXX and just recently with XXXX. He is great in doing sales and sales leadership roles since he has been doing them for the past several years now.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has lots of experience with customer-facing roles and was a Client/Customer Success for several roles especially when he started with XXXX and a GM with XXXX. He is also coming from the SaaS space and has been involved/knowledgeable with the deployment and implementation of those solutions to customers or clients; most of the recent ones he was involved with is an HRIS SaaS for a company he’s advising with.
