1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in Hong Kong for the last 10 years and started as a Supply Chain Manager for a solar business called XXXX where he was in charge for manufacturing and deployment of solar systems. Before that, he was working in Italy still as a Project Manager where he focused on service management and maintenance of over 100 car wash systems and oil distribution system. And in the last 5 years, he is running his own company and has two streams of revenues: one is the supply and installation of automated systems for storage, self-retrieval, and self-return of uniforms and they need to make custom equipment based on the customer’s request. The other stream of revenue for them is the one with XXXX where they supply automation system and software for hospital’s RFID tracking and management of clothing, he believes is very niche in the market. He takes care of all the things such as business development, managing operation, and also still involved in the maintenance and installation, as well as sales support.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management since he has been doing this since he started his career working in this field. Also good in creating relationship across culture, establishing business relation among different countries. On the technical side, he’s very good with maintenance of systems, take care of the problems of their products, both consumer products and B2B products.
