1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working with XXXX for about 4 years now and has transitioned through different positions within the same department of partnership recruitment. She started there as a Channel Manager where she managed a portfolio of partners throughout APAC and her main task was to build a relationship with different companies, grow them, educate them more about the product, and make them sell more. After some time, she got promoted to senior and then currently, she’s the Team Lead for Partner Management where she’s handling a team of six people which all are handling the partner’s portfolio throughout APAC. Before this, she was in consumer electronics trading, mostly import/export for Australian company in Hong Kong and also has worked with a tech startup, XXXX, as a marketing and business development where she marketed SaaS logistics solutions both in Tunisia and Hong Kong. She had her Master’s degree in Business Management with specialty in Marketing and also did her Bachelor’s in Chinese Studies where she got to study in China for a bit.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be team management since most recently she was involved with people management and honed her communication skills as well. Another part is relationship building and is good with maintaining relationships with key partners, mostly business relationship, fostering growth, and on top of that, she’s great with strategizing for the market or growth of the products she’s handling. Also considers herself adaptable and resilient since having to work on fast growing startups, she has managed to adapt in sudden changes at work.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Most of her career experience are customer-facing, mostly marketing, business development, and account management as well. She has experience in implementing/deploying SaaS solutions especially in her current role, she’s mostly doing presales part in that; she also had experience in marketing and development of a SaaS solution in her previous role with Fulfillment Bridge, that was a logistics management software.
