- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in program management for 7 years now, with 4 years of direct experience in CTV technologies. His past experiences are focused on delivering technical programs across ad-serving, programmatic and video platforms, working closely with engineering, product, ad operations, and demand/supply partners. His last roles were with XXXX and XXXX as a Technical Program Manager, where his main scope is the Asia-Pacific region, covering publishers, CTV app owners, SSPs, and DSPs. His role back then is to own the roadmap and delivery of programs such as OpenRTB upgrades, pod bidding rollout, and SSAI integrations, and to manage dependencies, risks, and release timelines across multiple engineering teams. On a daily basis, he runs sprint ceremonies and stand-ups with engineering teams, reviews technical designs and integration specs, tracks delivery progress and blockers, and meets with partners and stakeholders to align on priorities and launch readiness. In XXXX, he mostly worked with video delivery and ad insertion programs for OTT and connected-TV publishers, coordinating with player, backend, and QA teams. In XXXX, it’s mostly web and mobile ad-serving programs under an agile delivery model.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be technical program delivery in the CTV ad tech space, with a detailed working knowledge of ad technologies and standards such as OpenRTB, Pod Bidding, VAST, VPAID, SSAI, IFA, and IAB Content Taxonomy. Another one is running agile software development, he has experience in Scrum and Kanban, backlog and release planning, and uses productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana to keep programs transparent and on track. He’s also good in translating technical requirements into clear plans for non-technical stakeholders and in managing risks, dependencies, and scope.
