He graduated from XXXX with Bachelor of Engineering where he acquired his general engineering knowledge, marketing, some business analyst skills, and others. He started his career with XXXX as a Technical Engineer where he worked closely with account managers in doing sales, he was responsible there for supporting their customers, anchoring designs, and then later on he joined the account management team where he sold solutions to customers and got quickly promoted to Senior Account Manager for steel and metal materials. Currently, he’s with XXXX as a Sales Engineer where he is also selling steel and metal, support materials for engineering and property developer companies.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be solution selling since he has been doing this for about 4 to almost 5 years now being a salesperson. He is also good with data analysis using different tools, and is confident to propose solutions to customers based on what they need and their pain points are.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has experience in B2B sales in his current and previous company, mostly for engineering, construction, or property contractors/developer companies. He is specialized with steel, metal, façade heading of buildings, balustrade, and such; recently, he’s also involved with concrete materials. He prefers to join bigger companies or MNCs with larger teams he can work with.
