1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He grew up in Canada and also stayed in Taiwan for a while. Last 2010, he went to Hong Kong and used to work as a Trader for a Taiwan-based security firm where he was involved with major market trade mostly with global commodity and then after some time, he had a short stint in Shanghai for about 2 years and was with XXXX as a Vice President where he helped the company build up their algo trading team and helped the company to raise up private fund. The company was eventually sold and he had to join his current company which is XXXX in Hong Kong where he started off as an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager where he looked after China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan with accounts mostly famous banks and doing customer relationship maintenance as well. He was recently promoted to become a salesperson, Senior Sales Executive & Country Manager, where he was in charge of the Greater China market, also cover Japan region, where he is in charge of demonstration of their products to any potential clients, lead major projects like system migration, upgrading or budget discussion, and mostly dealing with sell-sides and buy-sides firm. He also maintains relationships with investment banks and exchange sides in this company.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his passion in talking and communicating to people, also loves to sell products and has strong financial industry knowledge, on top of his technology industry knowledge. On top of that, he also has great experience with being a team leader whether in a trading team or other teams.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience with customer-facing roles, he is currently a salesperson, also was an account manager/customer success manager, and was also facing lots of customers during his trading experiences. Very knowledgeable and familiar with SaaS solutions since his current company is a SaaS platform itself, he is involved in both the implementation and deployment of those solutions to their clients and customers. He has some experiences working with crude oil companies as well so he can work on energy/utility company as well.
