1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently studying Bachelor Degree with Computer Science so she has some knowledge of the technical side; she also has project management certifications. For her experience, she has been dealing with e-learning materials mostly and marketing projects; has led a team of like 10 engineers for that. She was the one coordinating with the team, check in with clients to see how they feel about the project, and collaboration with internal teams as well. She’s working for both Japanese and American clients mostly for Agile projects. She will graduate soon from university so she’s now actively looking for opportunities in the market.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be getting requirements from their clients and how to deal with clients having different culture and environment. She’s great in building relationships and providing the best solutions to their clients and stakeholders.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 6-7 years of experience in project management, mostly from the software and application side of things. She has bit of experience and knowledge with IT Infrastructure and electronic security system but would not be her strongest at the moment. For project management tools, she has used mostly ClickUp, Asana, and also learning JIRA; for methodology, she’s strongest with Agile.
