He has over 28 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. His most recent role was as Manager of the Google Cloud Network Support Team, while also leading a team of user acceptance test engineers on a XXXX project. The Google project is ending on September 30th, as the company has chosen to scale back operations in Japan, impacting him and around 120 others. He’s open to opportunities for experienced support engineers and is also assisting his team in exploring new roles. Before, he has worked with companies like XXXX, handling sales, support, programming, and network management software. His career includes roles as a support desk manager and company liaison for U.S. companies entering the Japanese market. Currently with XXXX until September 30th, his prior roles include service desk manager positions at XXXX and XXXX, where he also handled training and recruitment. Over the last decade, he has leaned into IT management roles and recently earned Google Cloud Associate and Professional Solutions Architect certifications. He has international experience across Asia and the UK.
