He has delivered end-user training on SAP C4C to business users across multiple countries, which he considers one of his strongest skills. Through conducting these training sessions, he deepened his functional expertise and gained a stronger understanding of system capabilities and real-world business applications. He has validated end-to-end business scenarios to ensure system behavior aligns with functional requirements and has interacted directly with business users and clients to gather and clarify business needs, ensuring accurate and effective solution delivery.

He currently possesses a well-rounded technical skill set that includes Java, Python, MS SQL, and ABAP, along with functional expertise in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). In addition to development capabilities, he is experienced in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enabling him to validate system performance, ensure alignment with business requirements, and support successful project delivery from both technical and functional perspectives.
