1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has finished his Engineering in Electronics and Communication degree back in 2012, then worked in startup straight away; he worked with XXXX as an Embedded Design Engineer and his role was to identify the current components, design hardware/PCB, generate bill of materials, also worked as a Development Research/Engineer. During that time, he was working with energy meters, testing and creating of those meters such as RLC load panel and more. After a few years, he joined one program of the India government, did Post Integration Diploma in Embedded System Design and Deployment. Around 2017, he joined XXXX as an Embedded Firmware Developer where he was involved in development and writing of code for device drivers, writing complete application code for different components/devices.
He is now with XXXX, has been in this company for almost 7.5 years now, and his job is mainly into classic AUTOSAR integration projects. His job right now is to configure CAN messages, do diagnostic, work with DCM, UDS, OVD, also handling the team. Initially, he joined them as a Bridge Engineer where he collaborated with customers and pass on requirements to the offshore team. He is involved with a refactoring project with a legacy C code and they have to migrate to AUTOSAR; handling a team of eight people, directly reporting under him.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his exposure in different sectors including automotive, manufacturing, and so on; he started working on the core embedded system and electronics as well. He’s strong with PCB designing, hardware designing, RLC load panels development, and also software/application development.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience in both embedded software development and being involved with automotive projects; he has worked for Mazda’s Battery Management System, ADAS, and other projects. Since he’s more of a lead right now, he’s not doing a lot of technical hands-on stuff such as coding but he would be up to the challenge if given the chance.
