1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as a Technical Lead, he started working for the company back in India then moved to Honda in Japan for the past 7 months; he worked there for software integration activities, AUTOSAR development, embedded software development, and so on. On a daily basis, he is working on the communication stack; getting software and system requirements, analyse them, and give analysis estimation timelines for the development part, up to the planning of whatever needs to be done as well. Afterwards, they start with the implementation, check inputs and parameters as per the requirements, write code for software components, do configurations, and do validations as well.
Prior to this, he worked with XXXX as a Tech Lead where he worked on configurations of the XCP (measurement and calibration modules) as well as watchdog timer development. He also worked with XXXX in Hyderabad as a Senior Software Engineer and with XXXX in Bangalore as a Software Engineer, where he majorly dealt with development activities, testing, and completely embedded C language.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be AUTOSAR development, BSW, and embedded C development since he has been doing these for many years now; also considers himself strongest within the automotive industry since he’s in this space for more than 10 years now. Apart from this, he also has led of team of seven engineers to perform the integration activity; guiding them not only on the technical perspective but also on making decisions in other aspects. One of his achievements was back in XXXX where he got the diagnostics and communication stack ownership, successfully handled the project, and was appraised by the higher management later on.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience in embedded software development within the automotive space; has worked on different solutions such as GSM, GPS, Wi-Fi, and so on. He is strongest with Embedded C and would love to brush up on his C++ skills. Aside from the software side, he has used different lab equipment including oscilloscopes, digital/analog oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyser, and so on. Familiar with schematics and data sheets for different components, and have to check on them on a daily basis.
