1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has around 18 years of experience, specifically into ADAS; he has mostly worked with algorithm software, system architecture, software architecture, and solution architecture. Currently, he’s working with XXXX for their Engineering R&D division, focused on JOEM and tier-one business opportunities; it has been a lateral expansion on the business side, solution side, proposals, as well as the technical architecture side. He is currently reporting to their R&D Director and is working for one of the JOEMs in Hiroshima; he works on the proposals, hyperscaler platform, and work with global teams (France, Germany, Morocco, India). Before this, he was with Forvia where he worked for around three years in Saitama, working as a System Software R&D Manager; he mainly worked there for Nissan, Renault Nissan, and Mitsubishi for their Surround View and Auto Park, all under ADAS product line.
He also worked with XXXX for around 5 years as a Software Project Manager, mostly supported front camera and fusion platforms for JOEMs, primarily Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and Toyota. He was handling the entire product life cycle for these three customers and worked with European, Japanese, and Indian teams. Prior to this, he was with XXXX as an Assistant Consultant for the Automotive division where he worked in multiple locations (Germany, Japan, Sweden) with global teams. Spent a few years with XXXX, working for Honda on one of their ADAS features. Before working in the Japan market, he has worked in Korea for around three years, mostly for XXXX b nvvb fvdcgvand other Korean customers. In summary, he has about 10 years of accumulated experience into technical design, coding, development, product management, solution management, and R&D management with global OEMs and tier ones.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be anything related to automotive, specifically in ADAS or any platform that involves core embedded platform, software architecture in terms of microservice, AUTOSAR, or application framework; strongest with system and software architecture in general. He’s also proficient on the product side and has been into R&D managerial roles for almost 5-6 years now, as well as project management, pre-development, development, and mass production phase. Another thing he would like to highlight in his profile would be his experience working with global teams for the last 15 years, so he’s good with coordination and being a team player.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10-12 years of experience within embedded software industry, started as an engineer then gradually moved up to managerial roles; he has been in the automotive industry since the beginning of his career and has worked on different projects ranging from ADAS, solution architecture, hyperscaler platforms, and more. Strong C and C++ experience, also knowledgeable with CAN, and used lab equipment during the earlier years of his career. Great experience with JOEMs and tier-one businesses in Japan as well.
