1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has completed his Computer Engineering degree back in India and then started to work with XXXX as a Software Developer back in 2009. His initial projects were related to automotive domain, have worked on development of diagnostics tools, communication of electronic control for vehicles, trouble codes, and running software routines on ECU vehicles as well. He worked as a Developer for around 3-4 years so he has acquired expertise in DOI protocols, ECU communications, low-level technologies such as C/C++, and more. Later on, he moved on to a diagnostic data analysis project for a Japanese customer where he was responsible for developing data products and data analysis systems, also implementing systems for collecting data from different vehicles and storing/processing them on the OEM data platforms. Around 2020 to 2023, he moved on to a Technical Lead position for the same company where he’s leading a team of technical developers implementing test automation frameworks for testing and verifying of autonomous driving systems for customers. He has worked on developing simulation systems, implementing tests related to ADAS software verification which were different regulatory standards related to NCAP or JNCAP; he’s currently working on some proposals engaging with different customers, growing their current business account, and with respect to technical skills, he’s also working on some activities of the company related to presales, pitching/presenting their solutions, and such. He has worked so far in different geographical areas including Japan, UK, India, and more.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be leading technical projects, he has good understanding of automotive systems, different areas of issue software, and also good in aligning requirements of the customers to the software tools they want to implement for their projects. Has great expertise on the technical domain including C/C++ languages, developing applications, implementing/designing solutions, and getting the work done together with his team of about 8-10 offshore members. One of his biggest achievements so far would be developing a data analysis system from scratch and expanding that project from nothing to 7-8 members, creating a new streamline of value for their customers and also their current company.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He finished his Computer Engineering background back in India and has more than 15 years of experience in the software engineering side, all of his background is spent within the automotive domain and started off as a Developer then gradually moved up to a Technical Lead role. His leadership experience would round up to more than 5 years now. He has expertise within C/C++ and other embedded development tools, has basic understanding of QNX, and fair/good enough understanding of Linux as well. Proficient in RFI/RFQ phases, customer engagement, and involved in some business development as well.
