1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 8.5 years of experience now within the automotive industry, most of his work is related to embedded systems specifically with software architecture called AUTOSAR; he has about 5.5 years of experience completed in embedded systems including embedded software, software development, and integrating software for automotive ECUs. The past three years, he has been working with Adaptive AUTOSAR; development-wise, he has done small embedded driver development throughout the projects as well as debugging issues within the embedded system software, and reporting those issues until it’s fixed.
He started with XXXX back in India and was there for about 5 years before moving to Japan; his work in India was purely technical work such as development and integration but when he moved to Japan, he became a technical leader handling two teams with five people each, working with two to three different projects. His daily responsibilities would include requirement analysis of the customer, understand customer requirements, take those to the team and make sure they prepare a plan to execute that along with engineers; he is also involved in preparing the deliveries, deliver it to the customer himself, and resolve any customer-end issues. Most of their projects right now are from classic and adaptive AUTOSAR, 30% of his time is allotted for the technical side of things like coding, code reviews, and so on; the remaining 70% is spent on the management and leadership side of things.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be working on embedded systems especially debugging, finding a problem, and proposing a solution for it. Another strength is his skill to optimize the software, check for issues such as timing-related in embedded systems, and so on. Industry-wise, he’s specifically strong within the automotive industry.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 8.5 years of experience within the automotive industry and a solid 5.5 years of experience within the embedded system; during this time, he works with C and C++. When it comes to the hardware side, he’s proficient with multimeters, digital oscilloscopes, logic analyser, and more. Strong hands-on with classic and adaptive AUTOSAR as well as CAN communication, Ethernet, and such.
