1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She was a B.Tech graduate from India and got placed into XXXX right after she got her internship, has been working in Japan for a year now. Currently, she’s a Mechanical & Software Engineer, and is functioning also as an Electrical Software Developer, where she uses C, C++ and deals with Renaissance microcontrollers, integrating applications to hardware, debugging applications, and so on. Since she is being allotted tasks on a weekly or monthly basis, her focus is more on the development and integration of the code to the hardware, deal with communication of microcontrollers with the PC, and deployment of code to them. The devices she’s working on right now are all medical devices, they are an R&D company and will enter the market soon.
She also has worked on various embedded programs/projects in their university, under her professors, all related to C and C++ programming, as well as worked on NVIDIA and LabView.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be C and C++ programming, is good with command parsing, and working on MCUs via PCs; proficient with code deployments as well. Basically her strong skills are control systems, embedded engineering, and integrating mechanics and software in general.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about a year of professional experience in embedded software engineering; exposed right now with medical and previously with defence sector. Proficient with programming languages such as Embedded C and C++, also has worked on microcontroller boards and oscilloscopes; would be willing to learn more about it going forward. Can read schematics and data sheets, sometimes asks her managers/supervisors for complex ones but can work on it confidently.
