1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He started his career as a Game Planner and Director with XXXX and XXXX in Taiwan. After some time, he wanted to improve his game creating skills so he moved to Japan but had some challenges finding game-related opportunities during that time. So he became a Support Engineer in the meantime for XXXX where he was in charge of few projects such as projector and portable interactive whiteboard software and solution for the company. After that, he joined XXXX where he participated in projects of migrating IBM RPG programs to Java and participated in customer service area as well; he was in charge of interpreting and translating conference calls between customers and teams. Then he joined XXXX which is again a document camera manufacturer from Taiwan; he was there for after-service sales and support with presales as well where he introduced new products to some customers. After some time, he joined XXXX as a Field Application Engineer where he was involved with wireless display adapter products, he participated in technical support service, provide demonstrations for pre-sales and post-sales as well; he’s still working with them as a consultant. He is also now working full time with XXXX as a Maintenance Support where he works in helping the company get some bidding projects, expand in service request, and do presales and post-sales support as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his team cooperation skills; he is a team person and is willing to provide his ability to serve and help others solve their problems and achieve their goals together. In terms of industry, he has been into many industries in Japan and Taiwan including document camera manufacturers, electronics/consumer products, and tech as well. He is knowledgeable with some programming languages as well, although not strongly experienced in coding, but since he’s a quick learner so he’s willing to study anything if it’s required.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing technical support and being involved in both presales and post sales as well for the past 10+ years. He is knowledgeable with some programming languages and can be involved in using Python if it’s needed and required by his next company. Most of the products he has supported includes wireless display adapters, interactive boards, and similar software solutions.
