1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is a SAP FI Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the FI module and over 20 years of experience in SAP in general. In total, he has implemented between 15-20 SAP projects already, and recently implemented a private SAP S/4HANA edition for one of his clients. His most recent project was more in the procurement side of things where he provided the client with Fit/Gap analysis, help them with best practices, requirement gathering, and so on mainly for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Before that, he was an FI Team Lead for an S/4HANA 2020 project where he led requirement gathering and Fit/Gap analysis across AP, AR, GL, AA, and more. Before that, majority of his roles are FI Consultant for different domains including a manufacturing client, sales company, forwarding, medical equipment company, and pharmaceutical; he even did data migration, security/authorization consulting, and ECC AMS support in between these projects.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his knowledge within the Japanese market and culture; he has strong relationship with Japanese clients and has done different jobs for them including implementation, migration, transformation, and more. He’s also great in collaborating with teams from different culture and background as long as the projects they’re doing are related to SAP. He’s more on the functional side of things and when it comes to domain, it’s mostly manufacturing, pharmaceutical, investment, internet companies, and more.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience working with SAP FI module, and is knowledgeable with different finance functions such as general ledgers, AR/AP, and more. He’s strong with finance processes, SAP configuration, and has done data migrations for finance objects as well over the course of his career. He has done about 5+ full cycle implementations already of SAP S/4HANA systems, and has done more than 15 projects in SAP overall. Since he’s been in this field for many years now, he’s well-versed with Japanese regulatory and statutory requirements.
