1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has over 12 years of experience in delivering end-to-end SAP solutions and ongoing support for discrete manufacturing industries. On top of that, he acknowledges his deep expertise in SAP PP/QM modules, including integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and WM. He is currently a SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant with XXXX where he provides comprehensive AMS support for SAP S/4HANA systems and troubleshoots complex production planning and quality management issues. He also collaborates there with technical teams and serves as the primary escalation point for incidents across SAP modules. Before this, he was with XXXX in Osaka as a SAP Functional Consultant where he supported live SAP environments mostly for manufacturing, engineering, and oil/gas clients. He also led SAP system optimization initiatives there and designed and implemented enhancements as well to SAP PP/QM configurations. He started off with XXXX as a SAP Functional Analyst where he provided first-line support for SAP modules and conducted root cause analysis for recurring SAP issues. He also played a key role there in transitioning SAP environments to S/4HANA, enabling improved system capabilities.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his extensive experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules since he has been in this space since he started his career. He also has a proven track record of supporting live SAP environments in AMS (Application Management Services) and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and align processes with business needs. He can also bring his hands-on experience in supporting and optimizing SAP S/4HANA systems and his ability to lead integration testing, UAT, and system configurations/enhancements to any company he will join. On the soft skills side, he is a strong communicator with extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, deliver enhancements, and train end-users effectively.
