1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, mostly software and automotive fields for about 7+ years now. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Program Manager/Architect/Senior Engineer where he contributed for the continental India and was working for European partners as well. He served as a Technical Lead back then, then moved to product management and contributed as an Architect. In terms of technologies, he has leveraged C, C++, Adaptive AutoSAR, and frequently discussed with customers as well regarding their release plans, get their customer requirements, and proceed with the coding and development side. Apart from this, he was involved with code review, documentation review, release planning, talking to customers, understanding the gaps, and managing those gaps as well. He moved to Japan 10 months ago and is now working with XXXX as a Technical Manager where he’s mostly doing the same responsibilities although managing multiple customers this time from Japan. On a daily basis, he contributes to the team as a technical interface, if he can help with the team’s blockers, provide approaches how to support those issues, do code reviews, and so on.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his in-depth technical background, he can easily tell technical challenges, manage resources, and communicate technical requirements/blockers to the team and management as well. Apart from the management aspect, he is still involved technically and does hands-on coding, code reviews, and such.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 12 years of experience with software embedded development and has almost 7 years of experience in people/team management; currently, managing about 30 offshore team members and about 2 onshore in Japan so a total of 33 people including himself. He also has 7 years of exposure in the automotive field, has worked with Japan clients for 2-3 years now; currently, working with a Japanese automotive OEM. Strong knowledge of C, C++, and other embedded development tools; also proficient with RTOS environments as well.
