1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He is currently with XXXX as the Senior Director and Head of Delivery Engineering where they focus on five different practices including automotive, healthcare, connectivity & network, digital & continuity, and such. He is basically overseeing the entire project, managing the teams and department as well in delivering projects including hardware, software, electronics, FPGA, creation of imaging software, testing verification, and wider range of services. Previously, he was with XXXX as the Director and Head of Sales & Customer Success where he worked on managing more than 100 customers and was also involved with inside sales, sales support, customer support, and marketing area. He also was with XXXX prior to that where he worked several roles including Head of Executive Customer Support, R&D Manager, and Care Program Manager as well. He started off as a Software Engineer for Fujitsu before gradually moving up to management and leadership roles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be software engineering since he started with that during the early years of his career; he has sharp development skills and even took up system architect and designer roles. Apart from that, he is good with customer-facing type of roles such as customer support, customer success, sales, and marketing; well-versed with product/project management as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has strong engineering degree since he took up engineering for his bachelor and master; he also has been involved within engineering projects for more than 10 years, and about a year of experience within the automotive side of things. Apart from that, he has great leadership experience from his previous companies up to his current one where he was the Head of Delivery Engineering working with different domains including automotive, healthcare, and telecoms. He has expertise in both electronics and software engineering as well that he can leverage to his next roles. Strong experience working with Western companies and teams since all of his three companies are based in French, Europe, and England.
