1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 15 years of experience in the IT industry across consulting, research, and startup space. The initial 6-7 years of his career was spent with a major IT consulting company called XXXX where he used to work with lots of corporate giants and big insurance companies around the world as an IT Analyst, Systems Engineer, and related function. After that, he transitioned to BI and data analytics where he developed dashboards and BA tools; he did his Master’s in Data Science so he is specialized in that area, also an AWS Certified on top of his machine learning/data scientist experience. After some time, he moved to XXXX as an AI specialist and gradually transitioned into more of a product manager; he initially joined them as a data scientist where he developed a model, wrote codes in SQL, Python, and such. He also served as a presales consultant for North Asia region and has been supporting sales folks in positioning their technology solutions, products, and services across Japan, Korea, and China. As a product manager, he’s part of a big conglomerate automotive organization and works on connected cars services platforms, mostly data products, AI modelling, and others. They build products for hardware automobile, it’s a mix of hardware and software components; he himself is also looking at their KPIs, looking for potential opportunities to build some products, develop data models, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to build data products since that is his specialization. He also considers his technical background as one of his strengths, he has background in data science, AWS certified, and also machine learning/AI. On top of that, he has good product management skill including conceptualization and product building using a variety of technology such as LLMs, AI, and related ones.
