She initially worked as an instructor before moving into corporate training and then to program management for data governance training and awareness. Her last role was with XXXX as a Program Manager where she managed the complete life cycle of the data governance training and awareness program, develop methodology and annual roadmaps for the program, and worked with SMEs as well to identify key initiatives and align them with corporate objectives and processes. She also is responsible for rolling out compliance training to local and global employees in technical and non-technical roles, conducting needs assessments to identify data governance-related gaps or non-compliance, eventually sharing those results to senior leadership.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be program management since she has been doing it for more than 3 years; understanding the needs of a company or a team, figuring out what needs to be planned out for an annual basis or long term basis, and on top of that, has PMP certification as well. She would be very interested with roles related to tech, preferably PMO, Project/Program Manager roles.
