1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She grew up in Japan, studies in the US for 25 years, then came back to Japan about five years ago. She was mainly doing Data Center manager roles, Channel sales, and has her Project Management Certificate as well. After doing Account Manager, Consultant, and other roles, she joined XXXX as an Advisor first, then later on became an AppleCare Partner Relations where she supported developers and advisors with knowledge of Apple Developer Program, Mobile Device Management solutions, and other stuff. After that, she got a job at XXXX through XXXX as an Operations Manager where she managed stakeholder expectations across multiple organizations and geographies, also handled daily operations with focus on analytics, coaching, recognition, and profitability. She was thinking back then to move to SAP Business so she joined XXXX as a Sales Director then moved to one of her friend’s company in the US where she did mostly business development. After that role, she joined XXXX as a Delivery Lead and Group Manager where she works currently with five different clients; she’s responsible for the proposals of project, doing the estimations, contracts, and does operational support as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be working with different teams and timezone; ever since her first job as a channel manager, she often had to work with people from different countries and culture so that paved her way to working with bigger and more international-focused projects. In terms of industries, she has worked with communications, data management, SAP, and now into Microsoft technologies.
