1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has overall 20 years of experience now in the IT industry, started working around 2005 and involved himself with SAP domain since 2013; he has handled several projects and has worked on consulting firms as well including delivery management. He is currently working with XXXX where he’s working with a big project for Hitachi as a Solution Architect, responsible for running out that project for 130 countries, works closely with client and offshore teams as well. On a daily basis, he manages the team, takes client requirements, work on it, and report the weekly status meeting to their stakeholders. As of now, they have delivered already to the US and Germany sites. Before that, he was with a Japanese company as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager where he worked on couple of projects in the tech domain. He also joined XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and other companies, across different domains such as automobile, insurance, pharmaceutical, banking, product engineering sectors, and such. He’s also a Certified SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud Implementation Consultant.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be his techno-functional consultancy skills. Apart from that, he’s good with project management and delivery management, stakeholder management, escalation management, risk management, and overall program management skillsets. He’s also bilingual and speaks very good English and Japanese which he considers an essential skill to have in Japan. One of his biggest achievements was during his time with XXXX, where he was a part of the pilot project of SAP Rise Implementation and he had to learn everything from scratch and helped the people in his team as well which lead to them successfully delivering the project.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 19 years of SAP project management experience and also has great grasp of different modules such as S/4HANA Public Cloud, Private Cloud, on-premise solutions, FICO, PM, IL/OL, WM/EWM, and QA as well since he has been in SAP functional for a long time. Has great stakeholder management, project rollouts experience, and change management as well. He has worked with XXXX for one pharmaceutical project so he has familiarity with regulated industry frameworks, compliance, and such. Good with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodology as well.
