He has spent about 36.5 years of experience in XXXX as a Managing Consultant where he mostly did Business Transformation Consulting and Project Management of ERP implementations. He initially started in the sales department with them before moving to the brand organization and later on, consulting division. After that, he joined XXXX as a Manager for Project Management & Pre-sales Consulting where he mainly worked on SAP implementation and maintenance services. Since the last 10 years ago, he has been doing freelance work in XXXX which is his founded company; he does project management, business transformation consulting, and has worked with different clients and vendors already. In general, he has about 26 years of experience now in system implementation and projects, mainly SAP, few Oracle projects, and a few custom integration projects; in total, he has worked on 41 projects including 1 AMS, 12 business consulting projects, and 28 system implementation projects. He also has experience from Grand Design Phase to Hypercare Phase as a PM in system implementation projects.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management and consulting since he has been doing this for more than 30 years now. Apart from that, he’s also good with procurement, production, inventory, and more; he has worked with different industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, process chemical, or similar ones.
