1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He was born and raised in Chicago, USA and moved to Japan for about 6 years ago now. He’s always been in kind of project management roles or supporting project management in a very Japanese and Western environment many times now. He started working his career in Japan with XXXX as a Project Management Associate where he developed project timelines in close collaboration with business team and engineers on key milestones and objectives. For the past 3-4 years now, he was doing freelance project management and digital transformation consultant where he works on different projects including IT projects, mobile app development, web apps, and DX consulting as well such as optimizing business flows using technical tools.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill in terms of project management would be his keen attention to details, great in communicating his thoughts and ideas to multiple stakeholders. On top of that, he tends to pick up swiftly whatever the environment or industry/organization he needs to work on, can be adaptable and flexible to learning in a short time frame. In terms of the technologies, he mainly uses tools for project management, LLMs, and tools for automated process flow.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
More than 5-6 years of experience now with project management within the IT space. Also has good grasp of web technologies and software integration concepts; has been mainly using hybrid Agile and Waterfall for project methodologies. Also bilingual so he can leverage this for his next working environment.
