1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working in the automotive industry for more than 10 years now and started with XXXX, a Northern Ireland company, as a Business Development Specialist where he handled JOEMs like Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Suzuki, and more. After that, he joined XXXX as a BDM and Global Program Leader for Nissan, during that time, he sold automotive parts including fasteners and such. His main customer was Nissan where he presented different automotive engineering products. Right now, he’s with XXXX as a Business Development and Sales, where he handles mostly distribution for electrical products such as air conditioner, lighting, and such. He works closely with his manager even though he’s serving mostly as an individual contributor, on a daily basis, he is responsible for making the purchase order systems, order new products, and so on.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his standpoint in sales and new business development; he’s good with getting new customers and pitching new products to them. He’s a very customer-oriented salesperson and is good with digging into their pain points to be able to provide a solution.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience within the automotive sales and has worked with two companies previously, strongly focused in selling automotive products such as automotive fasteners and tire pressure monitoring systems. When it comes to JOEMs, he has worked with Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and more; the biggest team he has managed during his time with Nissan was about 7-8 people distributed in Japan, US, Mexico, India, China, and even UK.
