He has been working with XXXX since 1992, so for about 34 years now; they have two divisions including customer management team and sales. He was firstly with Customer roles where they were responsible for client groups. At first, he was handling New SMB accounts then changed to XXXX where he was doing sales for all of their solutions; he also had the chance to become a Senior Sales for XXXX where he again was responsible for offering all their solutions including system infrastructure standardization and quality management. Later on, he became a Sales Team Lead for XXXX where he sold all products and all solutions including hardware, software, next-generation core systems, and more.
From there, he moved to their Product Team as a Sales Manager so from 2015 to 2019, he was selling Java and container software, along with new software products. He also worked with XXXX as the Head of Sales where he offered maintenance services for them and then returned to client team and built a new division that they called Digital Sales Team; he was the new Client Leader for XXXX and led the new client acquisition team.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be sales since he has been doing this from the beginning of his career; he is good with handling new clients/existing clients, small/large clients, and a lot of B2B experience. Apart from that, he has great team management experience and handled the biggest team size of about 50-60 people.
The biggest deal he has closed so far was during his time with XXXX, where he closed a 900M USD deal for them.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 30 years of experience in doing sales and business development; he was previously working for XXXX, about 7 years, and was exposed with lots of Japanese OEMs and suppliers. He has sold both software and hardware products and services/solutions so he can definitely do this again for his next job.
