He is an experienced Regional Sales Manager with over 10 years of expeirnece in B2B SaaS sales, specializing in digital loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement platforms. His last role was a Sales Director for a global loyalty platform where he led client acquisition and expansion in Japan region. He also developed outbound sales campaigns targeting businesses seeking to modernize their loyalty programs. Before this, he was a Business Development Manager for a Rewards & CRM Solutions provider company and was focused on introducing digital loyaly tools to SMEs and mid-sized businesses across Japan and APAC. He was the one who managed the full sales cycle and built long-term relationships with their local partners and resellers. He started his career with a Tech startup and focused on small business adoption of loyalty apps and CRM integrations.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his skills in consultative B2B sales for loyalty and rewards platforms, with a strong focus on the Japanese SME and mid-market segment. His strengths also include localizing global SaaS products, navigating compliance frameworks like GDPR and APPI, and building long-term client relationships. He is also highly experienced in remote sales environments and cross-border collaboration.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has strong experience in SaaS sales for digital loyalty and rewards solutions. He also has proven success introducing products to SMEs and mid-sized companies since this is what he has been doing for majority of his career now. He’s familiar with different compliance and regulations, as well as cloud-based platforms. Confident with outbound sales skills and can work independently with a remote setup for a startup environment.
