1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduating in the university, he started working with an Italian company called XXXX as a Salesperson and B2B Business Development Manager for the Japan market; he was the top sales for VAR and Multimedia products during that time. After that, he co-founded a company called XXXX where they provided satellite internet service across Asia and Ocenia, he had Microsoft Japan as one of their clients back then; he helped establish the company and raised about 3.5M USD in capital. Then he established his own company called XXXX where they provide different services for non-Japanese companies who wants to enter the Japan market. Few years passed by, their business focus shifted to Israeli companies or startups who wants to enter the Japan market, mainly B2B and just recently, they celebrated their 30th anniversary. During those times, he has spent lots of his time as a Country Manager and Head of Japan market; he has great understanding of the local Japanese market and he always leverages that in creating and bridging business between Japanese and non-Japanese companies. In between, he has worked with different companies and industries including Telecom, IP video solutions, semiconductor, metal/steel, cloud-based streaming services, AI companies, and more.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be his ability to do sales, business development, and country management within the local Japan market. He is great in fixing invisible issues and lead startup companies entering Japan; he has built his unique method in doing business with Japan and Western (Non-Japan) companies since he knows that the Japan culture is very unique. He’s also good with building go-to-market and proposals for RFP with high-level technical understanding.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 30 years of experience in customer/client-facing roles including sales, marketing, and business development; can do customer success function as well. He has worked mainly with software, SaaS, and technology companies so he has great network within the industry; proficient with bridging non-Japanese companies as well in the Japan culture/market. Has exposure and knowledge to ASO as well.
