1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been in advertising sales, mainly in media and digital advertising since she started her career. She started her career in Singapore and worked within media and publishing for about four years before she decided to try a different role with XXXX as a Business Development Manager. During that time, she also wanted to learn more about programmatic advertising tech space so she joined XXXX where she liaised with publishers in Australia, New Zealand, and gaming ad publishers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China. Wanting to be exposed more to Japanese clients, she joined an advertising agency called XXXX as an Account Manager, she mainly handles automotive clients in this company and liaise with Japanese clients, do a couple of meetings/calls with colleagues based in London, which includes project managers, copywriters, and UI/UX designers.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be more on relationship and account management, can do hunter roles involving business development getting new leads, and converting them as well. Apart from Programmatic AdTech, she has great experience with ecommerce as well during her time with previous company.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience in customer and client-facing role including business development, sales, and account management. She has about a year of experience in AdTech especially during her time with XXXX and about a year of experience in ecommerce as well. Most of the news publisher in Australia and New Zealand was in her portfolio before; they were mostly web publishers but she also worked with gaming ad mobile app publishers, so she ca work with in-app platforms if given the chance. She has strong exposure working with multicultural teams especially ones from Singapore, Japan, UK, and France sometimes. Previously, she was involved with ad brand safety and compliance, she would check regulations of local websites for each of her publishers and manage from there on.
