1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the industry for about 30+ years now and started his career with XXXX where he spent about 34 years in different roles and areas. The first decade, he was mainly working in the marketing side as well as sales activities for B2B, including European countries such as UK, Germany, France, and more. His second decade there, he spent most of his time in the supply chain management; he was one of the initial members who founded the XXXX Computer business and one of their known brands. He did the production planning for that business as well, then the last 10 years, he spent on the customer service area and was assigned as the Deputy General Manager; he was assigned back then to take care of their customer service business for the IT department. He also was a Senior General Manager for them where he was responsible for all the customer service program globally, for the entire XXXX consumer products. After that, he decided to continue his career overseas and joined XXXX as the Director of Product Development of Supply Chain where he was in charge of the solution product development under the warehouse operation program; he also supported some customers and offer some of his own products to them from his XXXX experience. He had a short stint with XXXX afterwards as an Interpreter for the steel industry and he is currently with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where he’s involved with taking care of their clients, sell SaaS-based application for the supply chain industry, and engaged with expanding their business licenses as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be his global communication skill; he has been in different foreign countries including ones from APAC and Europe, so he’s used to liaise with global people. He’s great working with them even though there are differences in languages, cultures, and understanding of things. On the technical point of view, he’s very good with the supply chain industry; knows the different kind constraints and such. He currently have 3 targets including retention (95%), business/license expansion, and relationship or engagement establishment; currently, he’s just 4 months in his job but he’s pretty much hitting his targets.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 10 years of experience in the customer service or customer success area, mostly B2B; currently, he’s with a SaaS provider for supply chain industry. He is confident working with mobile apps or mobile tech and is keen in learning ASO, Apple Ads, and similar technologies as well if needed for the job. Most of his experience is B2B and has sold/supported enterprise SaaS or consulting services already.
