1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She’s a Senior Client Success Engineer for XXXX, an operating system for large utilities globally. They have offices in Tokyo, Australia, etc. and she deals with very large enterprise clients such as XXXX, that uses their system to control their energy, energy assets, and all. As Senior CSE, she works with her team to support their clients in their product journey; works closely with global teams as well to express the needs of XXXX in terms of requests, future road map, or any initiatives that the global team are building in the UK. They bring those initiatives to Japan and make sure that those are localized in terms of documentation and all. Before this, she was working as a Software Engineer for XXXX where she was involved in delivering a successful single page application booking system for one of their clients using Java, Spring framework, and other technologies. During the earlier years of her career, she was doing Sales in New Zealand for a large media company; she did advertising sales with them, channel management as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would be her technical knowledge since she is coming from a software engineering background; she’s great with client success, stakeholder management, and internal team management as well. Basically, she’s proficient with client/customer-facing role skillset. She doesn’t have a specific niche and considers himself flexible with jobs.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 4+ years of customer-facing experience back in New Zealand, has almost 3 years of client success experience now in Japan. Her current company provides SaaS platform, so she has exposure with it, and has worked mostly with large enterprise clients locally; she also has supported small to mid-sized clients during her time in New Zealand and considers herself good with relationship building regardless of company size.
