    She has over 3 and a half years of experience in the IT field and is currently working on-site in IT support, mainly handling daily IT operations and user assistance. She has developed strong skills in Microsoft 365, IT helpdesk tools, and troubleshooting, with experience using Jira and other support platforms. She began her career as a General Operator in Taiwan, later transitioning to a Project Manager role at XXXX. She then moved to Japan and worked as a Support Engineer, where she handled troubleshooting for game hardware issues and managed user inquiries through the DevNet system. Most recently, she worked at XXXX for XXXX as an IT Support Engineer, providing on-site end-user support for cloud-based desktop environments managed through Azure Portal, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
