She has developed strong skills in Microsoft 365, IT helpdesk tools, and troubleshooting, with experience using Jira and other support platforms. She began her career as a General Operator in Taiwan, later transitioning to a Project Manager role at XXXX. She then moved to Japan and worked as a Support Engineer, where she handled troubleshooting for game hardware issues and managed user inquiries through the DevNet system. Most recently, she worked at XXXX for XXXX as an IT Support Engineer, providing on-site end-user support for cloud-based desktop environments managed through Azure Portal, Microsoft 365, and Intune.

Her strongest skills are managing office devices and applying them through the Microsoft Intune platform. Her main expertise is with Microsoft 365, where she handles daily tasks and activities within the platform.

Her daily work involves checking IT infrastructure such as servers, Wi-Fi, and meeting room connections to ensure everything runs smoothly. She manages tickets through Jira, prioritizes urgent issues, and provides desk-side support when needed. Her tasks often include troubleshooting hardware problems, fixing system reboots, and resolving application errors in tools like Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. She also escalates equipment requests to the IT delivery team, handles network connection issues, and supports Microsoft services. At the end of each day, she joins calls with IT teams in the UK and Singapore to share updates and align on whether issues are local or global. Since most colleagues and clients are Japanese, she communicates with them regularly as part of her role.
