He has 9 years of experience in the software industry and completed his degree in Computer Science from XXXX University. His career began as a Software Developer at XXXX, where he built and maintained enterprise web applications, giving him a hands-on technical foundation before moving into more client-facing work. He then moved to XXXX as an Information Management Analyst, where his experience shifted specifically into information management — organizing, governing, and structuring enterprise data and content so that it was usable and reliable for internal and client systems. Building on that, he moved to XXXX as a Solution Consultant, where his experience shifted again, this time specifically into solution consulting gathering business requirements from clients and translating them into system designs and proposed technical solutions. Later as Senior Solution Consultant at XXXX, he led solution consulting engagements specifically for clients’ information management systems and presented recommendations directly to senior stakeholders. Most recently at XXXX, he has been working as a Solution Consultant, where he is dealing with solution consulting, scoping and designing enterprise systems across the full software development lifecycle.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills in JavaScript, Python, Java, and SQL. He considers skills as well his understanding of SDLC and combined with his strong communication. On system design, he can speak to core principles such as modularity, separation of concerns, loose coupling between components, and designing for scalability and security from the outset, and he applies both high-level architecture design and lower-level component design depending on the engagement. On the SDLC, he describes a clear working knowledge of each phase — requirements gathering and analysis, system and solution design, development, testing including unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and he positions solution consulting as sitting primarily across the requirements and design phases, working closely with development teams through to deployment. On communication, he highlights that his role has always required him to translate technical detail into terms non-technical stakeholders can act on, and he has regularly communicated and presented solution recommendations directly to senior management and client-side executives, not just project teams.
