He started his career in his home country, but that role was brief as he decided to pursue his master’s degree, which he completed in International Business at XXXX. After that, he worked at XXXX, a US-based company operating in China, as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, he worked closely with sales and cross-functional teams to support service delivery and improve online sales campaigns. He also handled regular client visits and presentations to showcase products, build strong relationships, and worked with his team on web development to support better presentations. Later, he found an opportunity in Japan and took a language examination, achieving N1 level. He then began his career there and has been working in Japan for about 4 years now. His first role was at XXXX as a Product Manager, where he communicated with internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties, led daily meetings with teams and clients, created sprints, and tracked team progress using Agile and Scrum. He later moved to XXXX as a Project Manager, where he managed scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, and releases for over 20 large-scale e-commerce projects.

    His strongest skills are his communication and problem solving and also, in technical side he is hands on with working with e-commerce tools and platforms like Shopify and Magento to support online sales and customer experience. He is comfortable coordinating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to manage e-commerce work, and he is also experienced on supporting projects end to end using tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and ClickUp to track requirements, changes, testing, and releases, making sure everything stays on track and meets business needs.
