- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skills include creating applications or diagrams to explain hardware concepts at the L1 level. Most of his abilities come from looking at things from the customer’s point of view, focusing on how systems work, identifying the root cause of issues, and understanding what happens on the customer side. He also has a wide range of hardware knowledge, not just in very specific areas but across different levels. What sets him apart is his ability to think deeply about problems at a lower level, which helps him approach solutions differently. While it may not always be about having the exact technical skill, his way of analyzing and breaking things down makes his knowledge practical and valuable.
