1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has approximately 7 years of experience mainly related to project management. Currently, he’s with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where he mainly manages the projects, system teams, and integration projects starting from initialization to the completion phase and release. He’s also involved there in monitoring KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performances. Before that, he was an IT Engineer for XXXX where his responsibilities are very similar to a project manager but mainly working with a team. He was managing overseas clients at that time related to gas and oil industries from US, Europe, and India. Prior to that, he was with XXXX as a Consultant and started his career with XXXX as an IT Engineer mostly doing service delivery projects.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management since he has been doing this mainly for the whole of his career. He also has a PMP certificate so he’s confident with his project management skills. In terms of methodologies, he has used waterfall model in his previous company but recently more into Agile model. His expertise when it comes to projects lies within cybersecurity and system integration projects.
