1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He is a full stack developer with about 10 years of experience already, with tech stack mostly in .Net technologies. He started as an Applications Developer wherein he developed Windows Forms desktop apps such as time keeping systems, payroll and HR systems, and also has a background in automation since he was a Technical Quality Assurance for his first job. After that, he jumped into doing web development using ASP.NET’s older version, then tried doing remote works after that; he did several roles both in office and remotely, mostly in web development, backend/application development, and is leveraging .Net, Angular, and React just recently for most of them. His last recent project was with .Net 8 and also has used different full stack technologies such as JavaScript libraries, Angular, React, ASP.NET, and such. His last full time role was with XXXX where he developed functionalities for an events management system, fixed bugs, and also maintain the modules of the system.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be .Net since he is considering this as his core skill; he’s good with anything related to .Net desktop development and backend development. Apart from that, he also has experience with Blazor Web Assembly and Server, and has bit of a background with mobile development.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 10+ years of experience with .Net development, also good with version 8 of it. Proficient with C# and ASP.NET Core, and has used Blazor Server as well previously. Knowledgeable with JWT authentication and authorization, and also has great familiarity with AWS and Azure for cloud technologies. Proficient with EF Core, has 10+ years of SQL Server experience since this is his main database tool, familiar with using Git for version control, and had a project where he used WPF since most of his other projects are in WinForms.
