1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After her graduation, she had several call center experience in the Philippines and then went to Singapore where she has worked with XXXX as a Helpdesk for banking and financial industry. After that, she worked with XXXX as a Desktop Support Engineer and Project Coordinator where she provided L1/L2 support and also project coordination. After that, she moved to XXXX as an IT Support Specialist where she again provided L1/L2 support for the banking and financial industry, also had experience with XXXX as a Senior IT System Engineer where she mainly did migration of Windows XP and Windows 7, at the same time, she was responsible for Desktop Support II position situated on the trading floor. Her most recent role was with XXXX as a Senior IT Engineer Support where she supported the whole APAC region including Hong Kong, Japan, India, and Australia; she was the only IT in Singapore so she was handling the whole support team. She is now back in the Philippines since the COVID pandemic happened but is open to relocate back to Singapore immediately if needed.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be mainly on the desktop support side, strong with troubleshooting and any IT-related or administration roles, she is confident to cover. She is great with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and has rich experience with market data for trading floors. In terms of OS, she’s good with Windows OS and has some MacOS experience as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has experience with project coordination especially during her time with XXXX and XXXX so she’s good with supporting projects from end-to-end. Also, since she is coming from a background of desktop and IT support, she is well versed with different helpdesk call management systems including Remedy, ServiceNow, and others. Apart from that, she has deep experience with the banking and financial industry so she’s very much interested in this space.
