Over 18 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Technical Engineer and he developed his skills working in Singapore. In 2012, he worked as System Engineer handles company IT infrastructure, maintaining the server, back-ups, supporting users, updating anti-virus. Over 6 years of experience working with X start-up company responsible for building company IT infrastructure and inventory.
Previously work with X as IT Manager handled APAC offices and responsible for IT infrastructure, maintaining the server, back-ups, supporting users, updating anti-virus. Worked with X, a start-up company provides online booking for hotels as IT Admin for over a year responsible for IT infrastructure then moved with X group for 6 month with the same responsibility with previously mentioned company.

He is strongest in Windows Admin, server maintenance, end-user support, email support, Active Directory, rated himself 4 out of 5. His successful project was helping start-up company build their IT infrastructure like server administration from scratch to finish to maintenance stage. Has successful project with Office 365 by implementing, migration and maintaining the account with his previous company.
Has previously supported around 200-300 users with his previous companies. He has solid experience in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Office365, SharePoint, MS-Exchange, DHCP/DNS DFS. Succesful project was migrating the old version file server to sharepoint and assigning IP addresses dynamically to local machine.
