Has over 6 years of total experience in the IT industry. Has experience working as Desktop Application support. He started his salesforce journey in the boot camp offered by his previous company. The course module includes admin configuration and apex development and in 2020 he became a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Currently, he is working with XXX as an Application Development Sr. Analyst and his project focused on banking loans using the nCino managed package that requires to process their business in banking loans including loans, collateral, and deposits assigned to evoke some processes of managed package and triggers some configuration.\
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His most specialized skill is being a team leader, helping people gained more knowledge in salesforce. Rated 5 out of 5 because as developer he has the knowledge to work with anyone and give some insights of the projects, treat his team with respect if they don’t know the process.
His successful project using salesforce was with the beverages industry focused on processing the APIs, cleaning the data before commuting to salesforce and showing it to their respective agents. He also creates community portal for the users that would allow them to view their pending orders, current transactions and raised any issues encountered using the system.
