1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the IT field for over 25 years now and has worked on various positions/roles, companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX recently, and XXXX currently. He’s mainly doing solution consulting and a bit of application engineering for OpenText, broadly into the Electronic Enterprise Content Management and SAP integrations; he also does SAP transformation and digital transformation, other components inside ECM (archive servers, DDS), etc. His client right now is XXXX and he’s doing the transformation of SAP from ECC; his role is mainly OpenText archiving and Records Management for SAP. He’s responsible for all documents and content coming from SAP, such as invoicing, purchase orders, billing, text, and all. He designed the solution to put into the OpenText Content Server or ECM.
Before this, he was mostly focused within OpenText and Records Management, organizing the document management side of things by classification, categorization, retentions, and more. On his previous internal project, they migrated OpenText solution from SAP ECC to SAP RISE Cloud Solutions.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be solution consulting and architecting, especially within OpenText SAP and document management; he can do solutioning from zero or greenfield, can work on the infrastructure, requirements for the system, application to work, and can configure all the integrations as well. One of his achievements or profile highlight was when he introduced OpenText to current project and convince their boss to engage in other ECM projects; because of that, he’s now building a workflow solution for them.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience in technical consulting, doing solution architecture and consulting in general. Has been working on ECM, records management, and content management also for more than 15 years; he worked on a OpenText integration, SAP xECM a lot and has multiple certifications from OpenText as well. He has a bit of exposure with workflow automation although he’s more into integration side of it in the content server. He has done ERP integrations on an ECM context and has familiarity working with SharePoint as well. His role right now is about 60% technical and 40% functional, and would be interested to be involved more in the commercial side of things as well.
