1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working with SAP since 2008, for about 14-15 years now and has done fully end-to-end project implementation, service delivery, and project management as well. She started off as an SAP HR Consultant at XXXX where she has done about 4 implementations and projects with them. After that, she joined XXXX where she mostly served as a Solution Designer, basically she approved any change request, upgrades, and anything that has to do with SAP changes in the APAC market; she also liaise there with the project support team in India and business units in APAC. After taking a short break, she joined XXXX for a contract role as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant where they delivered a project up to the blueprint stage and then did another role with XXXX as an organizational Change Manager, did end-to-end change management and stakeholder analysis as well; was doing stakeholder management, engagement, change management plan, and training plan/schedule for one of their clients. Then she came to Singapore and joined XXXX (XXXX) where she took service delivery roles but after some restructuring, she moved to XXXX as a Service Delivery again, worked for few projects, sent updates to client weekly and collaborated with users and business stakeholders as well. She then got an offer from XXXX and worked as a project manager where she had about 18 to 19 consultants working in various modules, did end-to-end rollout from plan group, sprints, and until UAT to live. She had to go back to Malaysia for family reasons and got a job with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where she came in during the support phase, led the team of consultants with S4 HANA. She’s now with XXXX as an SAP Project Manager where she’s again doing end-to-end projects, very similar to what she did in Abeam, she’s now involved with e-invoice project for one of their clients, they are fully implementing it on a public cloud and they are almost going live soon.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management definitely since she has been doing this since she started her career. She’s also strongest with service delivery and considers herself confident in speaking and meeting clients, translating their inputs back to her team, and has several certifications to back up her strengths as well. Her expertise lies with SAP platform, project management and all.
