He is currently the CTO of a regional FinTech startup in Singapore, where he leads technology strategy and oversees product development for a digital payments platform serving million of users. Previously, he was Head of Engineering at a digital bank in Hong Kong, where he built engineering teams and delivered mobile-first banking solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Technology Director at a global SaaS provider in India, managing enterprise deployments for financial institutions. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

He identifies his strongest skills as scaling technology platforms, leading cross-border engineering teams, and driving innovation in FinTech solutions. He specializes in building secure, cloud-native architectures for payments and lending platforms, integrating blockchain for settlement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. He is also highly experienced in vendor management, budgeting, and aligning technology roadmaps with business growth.

3. Do you have the list of key criteria according to the client’s requirements?

He has over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, with deep expertise in FinTech platforms, SaaS, and digital banking. He has led engineering teams across Asia and has a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions. He is comfortable operating in niche markets, ambitious about pursuing large-scale opportunities as well. One of his biggest achievement was leading a successful launch of a cross-border payments platform that processed over 1B USD in transactions within its first year, integrating blockchain-based settlement and achieving regulatory approval across three Asian markets.
