1. He has 23 years of experience, and he started off as a desktop guy for a year, then moved on as a system administrator for close to two years after that. He spent about 10 years doing operations, and for the past seven years he has been a project guy, doing implementation. One of the highlights of the standard charter is that he had the opportunity to join existing projects that were ongoing, like the migration from the traditional network to Cisco. Currently working in XXX as a permanent role, it is still a project implementation and dealing with ultra-low latency networks. In this job, it’s a little bit routine because on a day-to-day basis, they will bring up connectivity to clients, manage the client, build co-location infrastructure, design, etc.

3. In terms of technical His core skill set is in routing and switching, product hardware, and is mostly Cisco. His secondary skill set is setting up firewalls, etc.
4. He got two project in the retaining Bank of XXX as a contractor, two new offices. One is Indonesia, and the other is XXX. The first office is in Indonesia, and they handle about 80 users. Then in XXX ,about slightly over 200 users.
