1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has almost 18 years of experience now in the IT industry, doing various roles. His previous role was with XXXX, working for XXXX as a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master where he handled two projects for them; Suspicious Activity Monitoring and Name Screening, he was the one getting requests from the business users for system enhancements, communicate to product owner, then coordinate the project from there such as preparing necessary documents, work with development team, bug fixing, and all. Previously, he was handling infrastructure projects for XXXX such as KYC project where he also functioned as a project coordinator, had to build lots of environment and infrastructure-related stuff for that role. Most of his previous function are bridging the technology and users, get the requirements form them, and work with the team to build the servers, handle the deployments, and development as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Business Analyst/Senior Project Lead where he worked for data lakes and was involved again with requirement gathering and documentation and engaging with upstream system stakeholders for data requirement of IFRS 17 reports. Previously working as a Senior Consultant (Business Analyst) as well for XXXX, working with client XXXX in Singapore and started off with more on business analysis and project management roles as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill on the technical side would be more on the databases side such as Oracle, SQL, and has good amount of knowledge in data science and data analysis. He’s also strong with the project management, project coordinating, and scrum master side of things. On the functional side, he’s strongest with the banking side, including banking complaints, AML complaints, and all.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has almost 10 years of experience in project coordination/management since he started off as a developer during the early years of his career. During his time with XXXX, he also had exposure to helpdesk management and has used JIRA and Mantis, along with other systems from different banks he has worked with. Strongly knowledgeable in using both in-house and third-party applications, has mostly used Agile Scrum and also SDLC for some of his previous roles. He has vast experience already on the banking side so he’s knowledgeable handling and supporting projects in this space up until completion.
